Top up your monthly support time for additional tasks or project work.
Please note that with all things WordPress related, there may be additional tasks that are outside of our control and therefore can increase the time the task takes. These can include things such as having to contact third-parties and waiting for their reply, gaining access to servers and so on.
Waiting does not use up time purchased, but supplying incorrect login details, changing your mind or supplying vague instructions do use time to query and action.
All time estimates are office hours, of which ours are 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 5pm, Mon-Friday. We do not work on requests outside of these hours.
