SiteCare from Toast.

Let’s get started.

To start your SiteCare plan with Toast, simply complete the form opposite and we’ll do the rest.

  1. Complete the form.
  2. We’ll send you a Direct Debit signup email for your monthly payments.
  3. We’ll also send you a service schedule (referenced in our T&C’s) to confirm your plan in writing. This will also need signing.
  4. We’ll then set up all reporting in accordance with your SiteCare plan and plug your site into our monitoring apps.

Once on SiteCare, you’ll need to submit all support requests via our ticketing system, Zendesk.

This works via email – you just need to send support requests to support@toastdesign.co.uk and they will automatically be logged and the Toast team will be notified.
