WordPress does not offer telephone support in the UK. If you have a WordPress.com site on a paid plan, you can only contact them through email or chat.
There’s a good reason for this: You will have to supply links and possibly files, and you can’t do that over the phone very easily.

There are also many WordPress support companies like us. You can opt out of paid WP support if you need something fixed quickly or the problem requires an expert.
