Our plans start at £40 ex VAT per month, and this gets you 40 minutes of time per month for work on your website.

You can increase or decrease your package at any time and there are no lengthy contracts.

If you need more time in a month, you simply top up or upgrade, if you don’t use your time on a regular basis, we’ll suggest a downgrade.

Bespoke options.

Some of our larger clients need bespoke plans with additional time per month.

If you need more time, you can top-up anytime at the £1 per minute rate (subject to a minimum top of £30 ex VAT).

We will automatically update your WordPress install, themes and plugins once a month and check your site once the updates are completed.

This plan includes 40 minutes of support time and automated monthly updates. We automatically check the site for potential post-update issues.

This is a full, independent and objective Site Audit provided by SEM Rush to check your website’s health. Charged at £2.50 ex VAT per report.

Would you like us to track and report on your top keyword positions on a monthly basis?

We provide tracking for specific keywords in Google so you can see what position your site ranks for your most important search terms. Charged at £0.50 ex VAT per keyword.

Site Monitoring

We monitor all the sites we look after using Uptime Robot. If your site goes down, we’ll receive an email notification (during office hours).

We have an out-of-hours text alert service that messages our team if your site goes down.

Please note that SiteCare is not a 24-hour service, we work office hours, and staff only check their email during office hours. This service sends a text message to the team if your site goes down outside of office hours (9–6 Mon-Fri).
