Can I sign up online?

No. We need to take a look at your site before you can sign up to Toast Support. We do this for a lot of reasons, but the main one is that we need to be sure that we can provide support for your site.

Not all WordPress sites are equal, so we need to suggest the best support plan for your site. If we can’t help you, we’ll tell you.

Toast is a digital agency. This means that our support services cover far more than just the occasional update or tweak.

As a Toast support client, you’ll be able to tap into all our services as part of your support contract.

You can use your time to:

  • Have work and updates done on your site
  • Use the design team for small design or art working tasks (not just on your website)
  • Talk to our copywriters about your content and have us produce, edit or proof text
  • Talk to our content experts about conversions and landing page optimisation
  • Have us assess individual pages of your site against our Page Optimisation tools
  • Speak to our strategy team about persona’s, user journeys and conversion triggers
  • And so much more

Extending your support

For many of our clients, the time provided in our support plans covers their requirements on a monthly basis.

However, if you find that you need to extend your support in a particular month, you can use Toast Time.

Toast Time allows you to purchase a set number of hours work and then use this time as-and-when required.

Toast Time works in 15-minute blocks. So swapping out a logo on your site might take one block, but you could also have a two-hour conference call with our strategy team to plan something new for your site (8 blocks).

Toast Time is billed in advance and time is recorded against it as and when you make additional requests.

It’s a very flexible way of topping-up your support contract should you need to.
