Whether it’s keeping on top of site audit reports, posting content, or developing custom plugins, we provide a limited number of Premium WordPress support packages to keep large sites in tip-top condition.
£1500 per month for 25 hours of support.*
This is the base charge for our Premium service, and it gives you access to the entire Toast team to assist with anything you need for your website.

Premium support requests are prioritised over all other support requests, so your tickets will be actioned first.

For some clients, we also provide a robust and fast hosting environment as part of our Agency Partnership with WP Engine.
We can host your site on one of our dedicated servers and take care of all the hosting management or ask the WPE Team to create a bespoke hosting package based on the requirements of your website.

Due to the service level provided on Premium WordPress Support, we only take on a limited number of clients at any time.

Custom SLAs and work arrangements.
Premium support clients get custom service level agreements and agreed working practises to fit in with your organisation and how you do things.
We currently use Zendesk and Basecamp for project and ticket management, but if you need us to work with your Apps, that’s not a problem.
No two Premium WordPress Support packages are the same: everything is created to meet your unique requirements.
