Standard ad-hoc rate: £80/hour
SiteCare client rate: £60/hour

This lower rate applies to everything we do, from design and development to copywriting and consultancy. Whether you’re asking for a homepage tweak or a new campaign landing page, your support plan gives you more value every time.

Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to promotional discounts offered by Toast Support (“Company”) on SiteCare WordPress Support Packages (“Service”). By signing up for a discounted plan, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These Terms may be updated at any time, and are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us.

1. First-Month Discount Offer

A first-month discount is available for new SiteCare customers as follows:
- £30 off SiteCare 60
- £60 off SiteCare 120
- £120 off SiteCare 240+
This offer is valid for new customers only, and applies to the first calendar month of service.
To redeem the discount, customers must commit to a minimum three-month SiteCare plan. Cancelling before this period forfeits the discount and may result in the full rate being charged retrospectively.
This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

2. Charity Discount

A 10% discount is available to UK-registered charities on all SiteCare plans and services.
To qualify, customers must provide a valid UK charity registration number at the time of signing up.
This discount applies to all ongoing work, including support, development, SEO, and design services billed through Toast Support.
Charity status must remain valid throughout the term of service. The Company reserves the right to remove the discount if charity registration becomes invalid.
